A Conversation on Wealth, Meaning, and the Stories We Leave Behind
This session explores a foundational question for high-net-worth individuals and family offices: Why do our stories matter—and what happens when we don’t tell them? What is left unsaid, and what is the impact on our decisions and families? In an age of wealth transfer and legacy planning, it’s tempting to focus on structures and spreadsheets. But meaning is carried forward through the narratives we inherit and the narratives we pass on. The stories we choose to share—or withhold—shape how our values, memories, and intentions echo across generations.
This is about what we want to be remembered for—and how our stories give context to the wealth and wisdom we pass on. This conversation is a chance to pause and ask how our stories shape what legacy means for us and for our families and future generations.
Home as a Laboratory for Impact
In this session, participants explore the connection between inner and outer impact, and how investing close to home—in your body, your household, or your community—shapes the way you engage with broader impact themes. The question at the heart of this topic is: How do we root our investments in lived experience, so that Impact feels less abstract and more alive?
Participants will explore what it looks like to experiment with impact values in everyday life and reflect on the ways in which the home environment can act as a laboratory and microcosm for global impact intentions.
